Requirements and Responsibilities
Electronic Payment Supervisor supervises electronic payment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Coordinates payment processing activities, monitors workflows for efficiency, and escalates issues as needed. Being an Electronic Payment Supervisor supports reconciliation efforts and assists in resolving discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including financial institutions and key clients. Analyzes operational trends, prepares routine reports, and contributes to process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Electronic Payment Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Electronic Payment Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
