Directs the planning and scheduling of maintenance, construction, and restoration activities carried out by field supervisors and crews. Being an Energy Field Maintenance Manager establishes work procedures, performance metrics, and resource plans, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and reliability requirements. Manages departmental budgets, staffing, equipment, and materials, and oversees contractor performance on field work. Additionally, Energy Field Maintenance Manager analyzes outage data, work performance, and reliability trends to guide maintenance strategies and operational improvements. Evaluates workforce capability and promotes a strong safety culture. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
