Environmental Compliance Analyst ensures an organization's environmental programs are functional and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Responsible for reviewing environmental data, test results, and operational reports to spot potential violations or hazards. Being an Environmental Compliance Analyst develops, designs, and implements environmental programs and policies. Prepares documentation, maintains records, and files required compliance reports. Additionally, Environmental Compliance Analyst researches new legislative mandates and updates leadership on required changes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Environmental Compliance Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Environmental Compliance Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
