Financial Associate (Public) II is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities, or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project. Being a Financial Associate (Public) II collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports. Coordinates the preparation of all offering documents. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) II manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires passing the FINRA Series 50 - Municipal Advisor Representative examination. Typically reports to a manager. The Financial Associate (Public) II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
