Financial Associate (Public) III is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities, or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project. Being a Financial Associate (Public) III collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports. Coordinates the preparation of all offering documents. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) III manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires passing the FINRA Series 50 - Municipal Advisor Representative examination. Typically reports to a manager. The Financial Associate (Public) III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Financial Associate (Public) III typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
