Financial Reporting Manager manages the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation comply with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Manager may work with external auditors to provide requested information. May assist with the preparation of materials for board or shareholders.
