Requirements and Responsibilities
Foreign Exchange Trader III is responsible for the timely buying and selling of foreign currencies. Recommends competitive foreign exchange rates based on market performance. Being a Foreign Exchange Trader III analyzes global economic data, manages risk, and executes trades within established strategies and risk levels. Maintains accurate records and creates performance reports. Additionally, Foreign Exchange Trader III adheres to and maintains compliance with all applicable banking regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require passing the FINRA Series 3 - National Commodities Futures Exam. Typically reports to a manager. The Foreign Exchange Trader III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Foreign Exchange Trader III typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
