Games Manager is responsible for managing the gaming operations within a casino or similar gambling establishment. Monitors gaming tables to ensure proper operation, adherence to rules, and accurate payouts. Being a Games Manager resolves customer issues, maintains security of the gaming area, and ensures compliance with both establishment rules and regulatory requirements. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Games Manager typically reports to a director. The Games Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
