Requirements and Responsibilities

Games Supervisor supervises the gaming operations within a casino or similar gambling establishment. Monitors gaming tables to ensure proper operation, adherence to rules, and accurate payouts. Being a Games Supervisor resolves customer issues, maintains security of the gaming area, and ensures compliance with both establishment rules and regulatory requirements. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Games Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Games Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Games Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
