Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Services Specialist is responsible for providing HR expertise to clients. Provides advice and guidance on a wide range of human resources functions, from recruitment, training, and compliance with employment law. Being a HR Services Specialist analyzes and assesses the current state of HR functions, policies, and employee relations to identify areas for improvement. Advises on the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures and tailors recommendations to meet the client's needs. Additionally, HR Services Specialist collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The HR Services Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a HR Services Specialist typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
