Requirements and Responsibilities

Implementation Specialist IV assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions. Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes. Being an Implementation Specialist IV defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Additionally, Implementation Specialist IV provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals. May guide and train less-experience implementation specialist. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Implementation Specialist IV is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. To be an Implementation Specialist IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
