Requirements and Responsibilities

Information Technology Auditor III audits more complex information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss. Being an Information Technology Auditor III determines and recommends improvements in current risk management controls and implementation of system changes or upgrades. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Information Technology Auditor III typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department. The Information Technology Auditor III contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
