Requirements and Responsibilities

IT Quality Assurance Analyst II evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems, services and /or software. Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards. Being an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II documents issues and tracks status in designated systems. Develops solutions to resolve problems and makes recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and products. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Analyst II requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
