Requirements and Responsibilities

Land Administration Supervisor supervises the team responsible for managing and administering various aspects of land ownership. Monitors the preparation and maintenance of all land documentation, land maps, and lease records. Being a Land Administration Supervisor ensures all information is accurate and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Stays current on land administration regulations. Additionally, Land Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Land Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Land Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
