Land Administrator V is responsible for managing and administering various aspects of landownership. Assists in preparing, updating, and maintaining all land documentation, land maps, and lease records. Being a Land Administrator V ensures all information is accurate and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Stays current on land administration regulations. Additionally, Land Administrator V typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Land Administrator V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
