Lean Manufacturing Senior Manager manages an organization's lean manufacturing initiatives. Implements policies and procedures to analyze production workflows, workspace design, and resource utilization to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or waste. Being a Lean Manufacturing Senior Manager researches and employs lean methodologies and principles to improve the operations and processes of a manufacturing organization. Monitors the progress of lean initiatives against plan objectives and evaluates the impacts of lean principles against costs, production quality, and delivery goals. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Senior Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
