Requirements and Responsibilities

Manufacturing Project Manager IV ensures manufacturing projects, programs, and activities are managed effectively and align with the broader objectives of the business. Collects, analyzes, and monitors manufacturing and production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes, workflows, or methods. Being a Manufacturing Project Manager IV facilitates communication and collaboration between various functions including design, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure actions and goals are aligned. Coordinates vendors and suppliers to support program activities and ensures cost, quality, and availability meet customer specifications and schedules. Additionally, Manufacturing Project Manager IV acts as the primary customer contact for quotations, cost and contract questions, and program issues or changes in requirements. May provide technical support at customer facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Manufacturing Project Manager IV work is highly independent.
