Being a Material Forecasting Senior Manager coordinates with production planning, procurement, and suppliers to align material demand with manufacturing schedules. Reviews material demand accuracy, inventory performance, and supply risks to drive corrective actions. Additionally, Material Forecasting Senior Manager leads initiatives to improve forecasting tools, data quality, and planning processes. Develops and mentors materials planning and forecasting staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
