Requirements and Responsibilities

Non-Profit Program Support Specialist provides the day-to-day administrative and clerical support for one or more programs of a non-profit organization. Supports the staff with fundraising, budgeting, research, and community outreach projects. Being a Non-Profit Program Support Specialist coordinates and schedules meetings. Performs data entry and other tasks to maintain client relationship management (CRM) or another system and generate reports. Additionally, Non-Profit Program Support Specialist assists in preparations and execution of mailings and events. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Non-Profit Program Support Specialist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Non-Profit Program Support Specialist typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
