Outpatient Services Director creates, directs, and implements the policies and procedures for the outpatient services function. Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and various departments. Being an Outpatient Services Director monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
