Requirements and Responsibilities

Partnership Alliance Associate IV conducts business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnership alliances with other organizations or vendors. Researches strategic alliance or partnership opportunities that facilitate mutual business objectives, gain efficiencies, expand market reach, or enhance the company's product or service offerings. Being a Partnership Alliance Associate IV conducts analyses and due diligence processes to support the negotiation, development, and preparation of formal agreements with new partners. Coordinates plans and strategies with new alliances, communicating partnership activities throughout the organization and maintaining collaboration with partner stakeholders. Additionally, Partnership Alliance Associate IV collects data and prepares analysis of partnership performance, sales, and other metrics to evaluate returns, ensure alignment, and recommend adjustments to strategy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Partnership Alliance Associate IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Partnership Alliance Associate IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
