Product Quality Systems Manager manages the implementation and continuous improvement of product quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations. Establishes quality control frameworks, process validation protocols, and performance metrics to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. Being a Product Quality Systems Manager leads cross-functional teams in conducting process risk assessments, failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA), and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluates audit results, customer complaints, and nonconformance reports to drive systemic corrective actions and consistent outputs. Additionally, Product Quality Systems Manager allocates resources and prioritizes quality assurance projects to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product Quality Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
