Requirements and Responsibilities

Provider Relations Representative II is responsible for developing and maintaining service relationships with physicians, providers, and administrators of a provider network. Collects feedback from network stakeholders to survey satisfaction and facilitate communication. Being a Provider Relations Representative II responds to inquiries about referrals, eligibility, credentialing, and other policy matters. Tracks and documents inquiries to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and adhere to applicable policies and procedures. Additionally, Provider Relations Representative II requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Provider Relations Representative II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Provider Relations Representative II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
