Reinsurance Associate Director oversees and manages the team responsible for evaluating and managing the risk transferred from primary insurance companies to reinsurance companies. Assesses risk exposure and determines the appropriate reinsurance strategy. Being a Reinsurance Associate Director analyzes data, negotiates contracts, and ensures regulatory compliance. Processes complex reinsurance claims, calculates premiums, and prepares financial reports. Additionally, Reinsurance Associate Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Reinsurance Associate Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
