Retirement Plan Services Manager manages the team responsible for designing, managing, and administering employer-sponsored retirement plans. Responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships. Being a Retirement Plan Services Manager works directly with employers to optimize plan design and performance to benefit both employers and employees. Oversees and monitors plan compliance with all applicable government regulations, annual testing requirements, and reporting. Additionally, Retirement Plan Services Manager stays current on regulatory changes and industry best practices and makes recommendations to clients accordingly. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Retirement Plan Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
