Requirements and Responsibilities
Retirement Plan Services Supervisor supervises the team responsible for designing, managing, and administering employer-sponsored retirement plans. Works directly with employers to optimize plan design and performance to benefit both employers and employees. Being a Retirement Plan Services Supervisor ensures plan compliance with all applicable government regulations. Monitors the preparation of required government filings, annual testing, and reporting. Additionally, Retirement Plan Services Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Retirement Plan Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
