Requirements and Responsibilities

Sales Representative I - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative I - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative I - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Requires National Association of Security Dealers (NASD), Series 63 License. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Sales Representative I - Licensed works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
