Requirements and Responsibilities

Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM platform for an organization. Analyzes business processes for optimization, and supports system upgrades, testing, and integrations while minimizing disruptions. Being a Senior Workday Analyst acts as a liaison between HR and other departments to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. Provides end-user training and creates documentation. Additionally, Senior Workday Analyst may develop custom reports, dashboards, and queries using Workday tools. Stays current on new developments and updates within the Workday platform. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Senior Workday Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Senior Workday Analyst typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
