Solution Architect V is responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions that align with internal or external clients' business needs and IT infrastructure. Evaluates project constraints to identify alternatives, mitigate risks, and potentially re-engineer processes. Being a Solution Architect V identifies and selects the appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet project requirements. Ensures solutions are effective, scalable, and secure. Additionally, Solution Architect V typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Solution Architect V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. To be a Solution Architect V typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
