Requirements and Responsibilities

Analyzes network performance data, traffic patterns, and usage trends to identify improvement opportunities. Being a Telecommunications Analyst II evaluates telecommunications systems and recommends enhancements to capacity, reliability, and efficiency. Prepares reports and technical documentation to support planning and decision-making. Additionally, Telecommunications Analyst II assesses new technologies, vendors, and solutions against organizational requirements. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to implement recommended improvements. Monitors service costs and usage to identify savings and optimization opportunities.
