Requirements and Responsibilities

Telecommunications Analyst II provides technical support for network design activities. Reviews, analyzes, and maintains an organization's telecommunications system. Being a Telecommunications Analyst II assists in designing and developing telecommunications system. Provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality. Additionally, Telecommunications Analyst II may conduct feasibility studies for projects. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Telecommunications Analyst II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be a Telecommunications Analyst II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
