Requirements and Responsibilities

Telecommunications Analyst V provides technical support for network design activities. Reviews, analyzes, and maintains an organization's telecommunications system. Being a Telecommunications Analyst V assists in designing and developing telecommunications system. Provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality. Additionally, Telecommunications Analyst V may require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Telecommunications Analyst V works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in solution or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
