VP of Asset Management plans and directs all aspects of an organization's asset management policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops asset strategies that increase revenue and ensure a high rate of return on investments. Negotiates with vendors to ensure the quality, availability, and adequate quantity of assets and ensure alignment with budgets. Additionally, VP of Asset Management develops capital and operational budgets for asset maintenance, investments, and renewals. Ensures asset management services consistently meet and support the organization's vision and investment goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.
