Trust Operations Manager
Trust Operations Manager manages the processes that drive and support the daily operations of a trust function. Implements policies and frameworks that ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant management and operation of trusts. Being a Trust Operations Manager oversees various trust functions, including securities analysis, asset management, tax, and compliance. Analyzes market conditions, security performance, and trust activities to monitor and mitigate operational risk. Additionally, Trust Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Trust Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
