UI Design Manager manages the end-to-end user interface design lifecycle to deliver visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Leads the creation of intuitive interfaces and cohesive design systems that reinforce brand identity and enhance usability. Being a UI Design Manager oversees the full design process from concept development to prototyping and final UI delivery. Drives continuous improvement through user insights and emerging design trends. Additionally, UI Design Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The UI Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a UI Design Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
