Requirements and Responsibilities

Validation Analysis Director directs and leads the team responsible for ensuring products and systems comply with internal guidelines, industry standards, and regulations. Develops and implements validation protocols and procedures. Being a Validation Analysis Director leads the collaboration of cross-functional teams to determine validation requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. Reviews production records for compliance. Additionally, Validation Analysis Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Validation Analysis Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Validation Analysis Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
