Requirements and Responsibilities

Validation Analysis Manager manages the team responsible for ensuring products and systems comply with internal guidelines, industry standards, and regulations. Monitors the execution of validation protocols and tests. Being a Validation Analysis Manager reviews findings and recommendations. Oversees the collaboration of cross-functional teams to determine validation requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. Additionally, Validation Analysis Manager reviews production records for compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Validation Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Validation Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
