Requirements and Responsibilities

Validation Analysis Supervisor supervises the team responsible for ensuring products and systems comply with internal guidelines, industry standards, and regulations. Executes validation protocols, performs tests, and documents findings. Being a Validation Analysis Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine validation requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. Monitors production records for conformance to procedures. Additionally, Validation Analysis Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Validation Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Validation Analysis Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
