Workday Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM platform for an organization. Analyzes business processes for optimization, and supports system upgrades, testing, and integrations while minimizing disruptions. Being a Workday Analyst acts as a liaison between HR and other departments to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. Provides end-user training and creates documentation. Additionally, Workday Analyst may develop custom reports, dashboards, and queries using Workday tools. Stays current on new developments and updates within the Workday platform. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Workday Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Workday Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
