Collaborates with loan processors, underwriters, and operations teams to provide feedback and training, guidance on quality standards and best practices, and strategies to streamline cooperation and drive processing service metrics. Supports continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing audit results and implementing enhancements to loan processing procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
