Performs various engineering functions including directing and participating in the work of planning, design construction and contract administration of the Capital Improvement Program. Plans, organizes, assigns and directs the activities, operation, maintenance and programs of the Public Works Operations and Maintenance Department which includes the maintenance and repair of City infrastructure, operation of the domestic water treatment, storage and transmission systems (water, storm water and sewer), pumping and treatment systems.
