A Community Just for You

The team here at Salary.com is pleased to announce that Salary.com CompAnalyst® and JobArchitect™ users now have a new B2B Community for learning and collaboration.

While many of us have been enjoying the benefits of remote and hybrid workplace models, we have, at times, felt somewhat disconnected from our colleagues and industry peers. In talking to our customers, many of you echoed that feeling. So, it seemed like the perfect time to create a space where we can learn, connect, share ideas and expand our networks.

We created our Community as a rich platform featuring Discussions, Groups, Polls, Trends & Insights, and a Product Resource Center. It creates a pathway for members to connect with peers and access compensation and workplace trends experts and resource materials.

Our Moderators, Sylvia de Thouars and Ashley Iannuzzi, enjoy the role of facilitating engagement with community members, and along with you, our members, ensuring it’s a trusting environment to share information and ideas. They will be with you every step of the way in your Community journey, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them and ask questions or share suggestions!

Our members are encouraged to create posts and polls to take a pulse of other members on timely issues. You can join any groups that spark your interest or, if you’re not sure which ones would be most advantageous, we also create custom recommendations. You can easily access relevant information on key compensation trends and review blogs, case studies, and eBooks offering insights into compensation best practices. We also want you to get the most out of your Salary.com products through our training materials and documentation in the Product Resource Center.

Most importantly, this Community was created for you and with you as a place where you can create meaningful connections that allow you to grow personally and professionally. I hope that you find it does just that!
