Oversees a technical training department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Technical Training Senior Manager

Ensures that the technical training department successfully develops and administers all necessary training. Establishes procedures and guidelines for assessing the quality of training and makes high-level changes if standards are not met or skill or knowledge gaps are identified. Works with other departments in the organization to identify new opportunities to implement helpful training and oversees that implementation.
