Benefit eligible 1st of the month after 30 days of employment and paid holidays on Day 1!

What will you be doing?

Responsible for the balancing and preparation of the daily deposits
Log all batches into PVM
Process incoming and outgoing mail for the department
Maintain various spreadsheets for business tracking as needed
Assists with various special projects as needed
Provide general clerical support to department as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

High functioning in a rapidly moving company
Ability to manage rapid multi-unit growth
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written

Education and Experience:

At least two years general office experience with emphasis in cash handling/balancing.
Experience with ten key calculator and window based applications.
High school diploma or equivalent
