Regional Launch Manager

About the role

The Regional Launch Manager is responsible for overseeing all new openings of our multi-concept restaurants in the New Jersey region. This position will work closely with our operational team ensuring all locations are set up for operational excellence and scalability. 

In this role, you will

• Establish Standard Operating Procedures that will serve as the foundation for each new location  
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring targets are met and the team is fully trained 
• Ensure Unit Managers are onboarded, fully trained, and set up for opening  
• Work closely with the Culinary Training team to coordinate menu training certifications for new hires 
• Partner with the Operations Launch team to ensure all equipment and systems are on-site and operational prior to launch  
• Collaborate with other stakeholders prioritizing any changes or adjustments to opening timelines  
• Department of Health (DOH) pre-opening protocols and procedures are followed  
• Develop inventory operational flows 

Role Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle. This role will include 75% job site traveling  
• ServSafe Food Handlers Management Certification preferred  
• Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations and NJ state labor law  
• Strong financial skills including budgeting and planning  
• Analytical and tech savvy  
• Excellent time management skills  
• Project management, creating timelines, and processes to ensure tasks are completed in a timely efficient manner  

The experience you have 

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills  
• 3 years a General Manager experience required preferably in NJ 
• Have opened and scaled restaurant locations  
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
• Operated single restaurants
