Job Description

Join our team as a Regional Manager and take charge of commercial pool operations throughout the year. From overseeing pre-season preparations to managing peak-season operations and post-season activities, your leadership will ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Season:
- Lead construction/renovation projects and serve as the crew leader for the opening team
- Coordinate pool preparation
- Manage all aspects of pool openings, including draining, cleaning, and parts delivery
- Ensure water balance, cleanliness, and proper chlorination of pools
- Maintain and manage filter systems, furniture preparation, pool anchors, and signage
- Participate in supervisor identification, orientation, and management
- Conduct pre-season health inspections and respond to client inquiries
- Coordinate electrical permits and inspections, collaborating with communities on rules and concerns
- Oversee minor repairs
In-Season:
- Supervise overall pool and facility operations for a seamless patron experience.
- Manage and lead supervisors, resolving disputes and addressing issues promptly.
- Interact with site managers, board members, and attend board meetings as a company representative.
- Prepare bids for potential work and conduct routine maintenance on filter systems.
- Be available "after hours" for emergencies and scheduling conflicts.
Post-Season:
- Follow up on retention bids and construction work for client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise pool closings, including draining, blowing out lines, and equipment/furniture storage.
- Oversee construction/renovation work and conduct end-of-season meetings with stakeholders.
- Coordinate continued operation of indoor pool facilities and late closing of outdoor pools.
Off-Season:
- Manage expansion and new/retention sales, including coordination of construction/parts.
- Oversee the continued operation of indoor pool facilities.
- Prepare for the upcoming year, including new procedures and SOPs.
- Handle miscellaneous field tasks, including maintenance and repairs.
- Lead the hiring and training of crew leaders/supervisors.
Job Specifications:
The Regional Manager role is pivotal to ensuring complete customer satisfaction within budget constraints. This dynamic position may entail additional duties to meet this goal.
Work Hours:
Approximate Hours Worked During Each Segment
- March 1 - April 1: Monday - Friday, approximately 10-12 hours per day.
- April 1 - Memorial Day: Monday - Saturday, approximately 10-12 hours per day.
- Memorial Day - September 3: 6 days per week, approximately 10 hours per day (weekday off).
- September 4 - November 14th: Monday - Friday, approximately 8-10 hours per day.
- November 15 - March 1: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

Qualifications:
- Driver's License and acceptable driving record
