End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Salary.com, LLC (“Salary”). It governs your use of the SalaryTalent mobile applications, the SalaryTalent app for Microsoft Teams, and the software and data available through them (collectively, the “App”). The App is available only to individuals authorized by an organization that has an agreement with Salary (your “Employer”). Salary grants you, on behalf of your Employer, a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to use the App only if you accept this EULA.

Your use of the App is subject to and governed by Salary’s Master Services Agreement, located at https://www.salary.com/legal/msa, or any other agreement your Employer has entered into with Salary. This EULA incorporates that agreement by reference. Your use of the App is also subject to the Salary Privacy Policy at https://www.salary.com/legal/pp. This EULA is between you and Salary only, not with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other app store. Those app store providers have no responsibility for the App or its support.

By downloading, accessing, or using all or any portion of the App, you accept and agree to be bound by this EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT PROCEED ANY FURTHER.
