Each disability case is different. What works for a while may not continue to work. And it sometimes takes some effort and care to get right. But solving the problem is the absolute best way to reduce or eliminate legal risk.
It's time to take stock and consider the long term survival of the organization, what and who it will require to simply keep going, and what leadership wants it to look like on the other side. Because there will be an other side eventually.
