Applications Programmer II evaluates and modifies moderately complex applications programs working from detailed specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains applications. Being an Applications Programmer II works on most phases of applications programming activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Applications Programmer II typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Applications Programmer II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be an Applications Programmer II typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
