Establishes and maintains executive-level relationships with top-producing brokerage firms, agency networks, and industry partners to strengthen strategic alliances. Additionally, Broker Relations Director analyzes distribution performance, broker feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine programs, pricing strategies, and service models. Partners with senior leaders across underwriting, product, marketing, and operations to ensure broker needs are reflected in enterprise strategy and execution. Requires a bachelor's degree.
