Database Marketing Manager leads the management and analysis of the marketing database to drive strategic growth and enhance engagement through sophisticated, data-driven insights. Oversees the execution of deep segmentation strategies to identify high-value audiences, ensuring that promotional efforts reach the most receptive consumers at the optimal time. Being a Database Marketing Manager tracks campaign metrics and delivers actionable reports that quantify the return on investment for various outreach initiatives. Prioritizes the maintenance of data integrity and hygiene to ensure that predictive models and mailing lists remain accurate and effective. Additionally, Database Marketing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Database Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
